1. University Application & Admission Fees
  • • No Charges by Edumirchi: Edumirchi does not collect any university admission or tuition fees directly from students. All such payments are made by students directly to the respective universities.
  • • University Refunds: Refunds for university admission fees, if applicable, are governed entirely by the respective university’s refund policy, which is usually detailed in the official offer letter provided to the student.
  • • Support from Edumirchi: While Edumirchi is not responsible for issuing these refunds, our team will support and guide students through the refund process as per university protocols.
2. Consultation Charg
  • • Non-Refundable: Consultation charges are non-refundable once the consultation session has been completed, regardless of outcome or duration.
3. Advance Payments for Services
  • • Unused Services: If a student has paid for a service in advance but has not accessed or used the service, they may request a refund within 90 days from the date of payment.
  • • Refund Processing Time: Upon approval, the eligible refund will be processed within 30 working days to the original payment method or bank account provided.
